How we handle beta waitlist information.

What this notice covers
This notice covers information submitted through the Rainmaker private-beta waitlist. It does not replace any separate privacy terms that may apply after an account is created or when you connect a brokerage service.
Information we collect
We collect the first name and email address you submit. We also retain operational fields such as when the request was received and its waitlist status. Joining the waitlist does not create a trading account or authorize trades.
Form security
Our hosting and anti-abuse providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser or device signals, and request metadata, to deliver and protect the waitlist form. Rainmaker does not intentionally add those technical signals to your waitlist record.
How we use it
The Rainmaker team uses this information to manage beta-access requests, contact you about availability, and send relevant product updates. Access to waitlist information is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate those functions, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention and your choices
We retain waitlist information while the beta and access process remains relevant. You can ask us to correct or delete your waitlist information, or opt out of future updates, by emailing support@rainmaker.sh from the address you submitted.
